Zdeno Chara Available for Trade
As the 2015 NHL trade deadline approaches, rumors are mounting over Zdeno Chara of the Boston Bruins. The 37 year old defenseman has 14 points in 37 games this season. He has two years left on his contract at $6.8 million AAV.
Chara has been slowing down and is no longer a Norris caliber defenseman. The Bruins have been taking calls on Chara's availability. The St Louis Blues and Anaheim Ducks are interested in adding a veteran defenseman.
