NHL Rumors: Jarome Iginla to Edmonton Oilers

Jarome Iginla is best known for his time as leader of the Calgary Flames, where he had a strong rivalry against the Edmonton Oilers. In a shocking report, Iginla is now talking with the Oilers about a contract.

It will be interesting to see how Flames fans react if the 40-year-old right winger signs a one-year contract with the Oilers. Iginla has slowed down considerably in terms of speed and production, but maybe the Oilers will add him as a depth player on the bottom lines.
