Rumor: Anthony Duclair to Montreal Canadiens

With the Arizona Coyotes sitting dead last in the NHL at the moment, many players' patience are being tested, and it appears one has given up on the team.

A few days ago, Anthony Duclair officially requested a trade away from Arizona, and the rumors have been popping up with Duclair expected to go to several different teams.

One such team is the Montreal Canadiens. Duclair could give the Canadiens a nice bit of scoring on the 3rd or 4th line, which could really help a team that is near the bottom of the league in scoring.

Reports have been coming up that Coyotes GM John Chayka is looking to get a "B" prospect in return for Duclair, so perhaps a player like Jacob De La Rose or Michael McCarron could bring Duclair over to Montreal.

Drafted 80th overall by the New York Rangers in 2013, Duclair has collected 34 goals and 80 points in 189 games between the Rangers and Coyotes. He was traded to Arizona in that big trade that brought Keith Yandle to the big apple in 2015.
