BREAKING NEWS: Police interviewed Patrick Kane in connection with rape allegations

The police interviewed Chicago Blackhawks forward Patrick Kane in connection with the rape allegations.

According to the Buffalo News report, a detective from the Hamburg Police Department (HPD) and a person from the Erie County District Attorney's office have recently met with Kane. The newspaper, citing sources close to the investigation said that the lawyer hired by the player, Paul Cambria, was present at the meeting.

At the beginning of August, Kane was accused by a woman, who claimed she was raped by the hockey player. According to the woman, this took place after a meeting in a Hamburg bar. She and a friend were taken to Kane's home and it was there that the assault took place. She then went to the hospital, where the doctors performed a rape-kit. The police have searched the home of the hockey star for evidence.
