Jeff Halpern Signs 1 Year with Canadiens
The Montreal Canadiens have signed forward Jeff Halpern to a one year contract. The contract is worth $600,000. Halpern is decent at faceoffs and good on the penalty kill, adding to the depth to the Canadiens for 2011-2012.
