Mason Raymond Trade Rumors

The February 27th 2012 NHL Trade Deadline is fast approaching and the Vancouver Canucks have yet to make a move for their Stanley Cup playoff run. GM Mike Gillis sees areas for improvement on the blueline and up front. Gillis would like to add another top 4 defenseman and some grit up front.

Mason Raymond is being shopped as well as their first round pick in the 2012 NHL Entry Draft. The speedy left winger is 26 years old and has 13 points in 26 games played. Look for the Vancouver Canucks to make a trade with the Minnesota Wild, Dallas Stars, Carolina Hurricanes or Toronto Maple Leafs.
