2014 NHL Selke Trophy Predictions

Who is the best NHL defensive forward for the 2013-14 season?
Here are my top four nominees:

Anze Kopitar - LA Kings
David Backes - St. Louis Blues
Jonathan Toews - Chicago Blackhawks
Patrice Bergeron - Boston Bruins

These four centres dominate the faceoff circle and can be counted on in any defensive situation. My prediction is that Patrice Bergeron is going to win the 2014 Selke trophy as the league's best defensive forward.
