Ryan Malone Arrested for DUI and Cocaine Possession

Ryan Malone of the Tampa Bay Lightning has struggled on the ice for the 2013-14 NHL season. The 34 year old left winger scored only 15 points in 57 games and has been a healthy scratch.

Malone comes with a cap hit of $4.5 million until the 2014-15 season. His future with the team was in doubt and there were rumors of a buyout coming for his contract.

On Saturday morning, his future in the NHL became even more cloudy. Malone allegedly was driving erratically and hit a curb. He was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and cocaine possession.
