BREAKING: Habs player demands a trade

According to Marc-Antoine Godin of The Athletic, it appears the Montreal Canadiens' Charles Hudon has demanded a trade.

According to the report, Hudon isn't happy with the way he is being used and wants out of Montreal. Godin admitted that it is difficult to tell how formal the demand was, but there is no doubt that he wants things to change.

Godin continued by saying that Hudon's lack of ice time is the motivating factor behind the transaction demand. Hudon's agent has left very little doubt in the minds of fans regarding how his clients feels.
Charlie wants to play in the National Hockey League, whether that be in Montreal or somewhere else, his agent Allain Roy stated as per The Athletic. He's a good player and we are waiting for a response.
Through 23 games this season, Hudon has scored 3 goals and 1 assist. With how the Montreal Canadiens are doing this season, teams know that Montreal GM Marc Bergevin will be dealing from a position of weakness as a result of this report.
