Report: Flyers and Oilers Closing in on a Cam Talbot Trade

With the trade deadline a mere 10 days away, we have another trade that is reportedly close to being completed.
Darren Dreger mentioned that the Oilers and Flyers are currently in a holding pattern regarding a trade involving goaltender Cam Talbot. He believes the expected return is 25-year old Anthony Stolarz.

With Andrej Sekera closing in on a return to the NHL after a conditioning stint in he minors, Edmonton needs to clear up cap space. Shedding Talbot's 4.16 million dollar salary inn exchange for 761K for Stolarz would do the trick.

In exchange, the Flyers would acquire a veteran goaltender that could help take the load off of 20-year old Carter Hart. It helps that the two are friends and train together in the off-season. Not to mention, a change of scenery could even help Talbot return to form.

Would you make this trade if you were GM of the Flyers? Comment below.
