Wild's J.T Brown arrested for suspicion of public intoxication hours before the season finale

Wild forward J.T Brown was arrested hours before the team's final game, as it appears he may have been drinking for quite some time.

Police reports indicate the arrest happened early on Saturday, and Brown didn't suit up for the team's final game against the Dallas Stars, who went on to beat the Wild 3-0. The Wild announced before the game Brown was sick and wouldn't play. Brown has apologized for his "poor decision" as he put himself in a "bad situation" and took full responsibility. Brown is under contract for next season and is expected to return to the Wild's fourth line.
