NHL Trade Rumors: Jets' Nik Ehlers on his way to Montreal

The Winnipeg Jets are a team to watch this offseason as they are bound to potentially lose both RHD Tyler Myers and Jacob Trouba. It's going to be tough to find replacements for both, which is why Nik Ehlers could be on his way out, and Marc Bergevin and the Habs could be ready with open arms.

Sportsnet's Elliotte Friedman mentioned Ehlers was a name to look out for as Winnipeg needs a contract for Patrick Laine and already have a ton of money tied up, up front. The team is desperate for a RHD and a name being mentioned out of Montreal is Noah Juulsen. The Habs defensive prospect is currently the understudy of Shea Weber, however, as the Habs could use some more scoring punch up front, this is a hockey trade for both teams that could make sense. Montreal would try to unload a name like Dale Weise on the Jets too, to make the dollars make sense.

For certain, Ehlers doesn't have a no movement clause and there's a chance he could be on his way to Montreal. Would you pull the trigger on this deal?
