Oilers coach Dave Tippett disses McDavid and team after win against Philadelphia

Even though his team won Wednesday 6-3 against the Philadelphia Flyers, Edmonton Oilers head coach Dave Tippett was more than furious and indirectly dissed his star player Connor McDavid and the rest of the team.

Even though McDavid topped 5 points against the Flyers Wednesday night, head coach Dave Tippett dropped a heavy comment while discussing with the media involving his team.
[Mikko] Koskinen should have gotten the first, the second, and the third star of the game, Tippett told numerous Edmonton journalists. He's the only reason we won tonight.
Which in fact was true as Koskinen stopped 49 out of the 52 shots he faced. The statement wasn't too kind towards McDavid who had one goal and four assists and the first star of the game. The head coach was frustrated that his team would receive 52 shots on goal.

The Oilers were leading 5-1 after two periods and the organization just fell apart. The Flyers would dominate the third period by out-shooting their opponents 25-4.

Do you think Tippett was too harsh on his forwards and defenceman with his comments about Wednesday's game?
