John Tortorella Admits On-Going Feud with Pierre-Luc Dubois

While Pierre-Luc Dubois is no longer a member of the Columbus Blue Jackets, head coach John Tortorella is still having to answer questions about what exactly took place. It's not every day you see a 22-year-old franchise player want out of a franchise paying him $5 million.

There's been a ton of speculation, which will continue because Dubois has yet to be detailed in his reason for leaving. Meanwhile if you ask Torts, he'll be as candid as ever and admitted recently to the media, there certainly was a ton of conflict between the two...

Have Luc and I had conflict? Goddamn right we've had conflict. If someone doesn't want to be here, that's a hard thing for me to stomach, quite honestly I'll tell you this, I do think the athletes (today), it's a softer athlete. And the benching; I'd do it again.

A lot of people have some perceptions of me that don't have a clue who I am.

Oh, Patrik Laine, good luck in Columbus!
