Blues Dealing With Colton Parayko Injury Mystery

The St Louis Blues are holding their breath as the team waits to get more details on what exactly is wrong with Colton Parayko's back. The towering defenseman has missed the team's last two games and there's certainly a chance he could missing some extended time.

The back injury news dropped via The Athletic's Jeremy Rutherford and it's apparently been lingering for quite sometime. At this point the club has no idea when he will be back and are hoping it won't keep him out the rest of the season. It's not likely Parayko returns to the ice this week, but perhaps next week is a different story.

So far this season, Parayko has appeared in 16 games and has one goal and seven assists. His 22 minutes per game are crucial for the Blues success as they have been doing whatever they can as a committee to move on from losing captain, Alex Pietrangelo.

If you have Torey Krug or Justin Faulk in your pool, enjoy the boost this week.
