Asking Price for Taylor Hall Revealed

The Buffalo Sabres will be trading Taylor Hall before the April 12th deadline as the pending unrestricted free-agent recently admitted he's open to being moved before the deadline. While there's going to be lots of interest in Hall, the offers are going to be all over the place due to the fact not all teams can afford his full salary. According to reports, the asking price for Hall, as it stands right now is at least a first-round pick and a prospect.

With Hall only having two goals this season some are wondering why teams would bother paying the steep price. Pierre LeBrun of TSN points out that may be the asking price now but come closer to April 12th, the price could go down to a second-round pick.

Hall has been linked to several teams including the Edmonton Oilers, Toronto Maple Leafs, Colorado Avalanche, Chicago Blackhawks and Florida Panthers.

Hall shocked the hockey world when he signed a one-year deal in Buffalo and 'bet on himself' this season. Well, needless to say it hasn't worked out for anyone involved with the Sabres and expect Hall to join his fourth team in two seasons sometime soon.
