Sidney Crosby Set To Return For Pittsburgh Penguins

He's back! The Pittsburgh Penguins have announced that Sidney Crosby has been activated off injured reserve and will play in Saturday night's contest against the New Jersey Devils.

Crosby had wrist surgery last month and has yet to play in a game this season. Without Crosby, the Penguins have been able to stay competitive, as they currently sport a 3-2-2 record.

However, the Penguins certainly now look like more of a threat with Crosby coming back. Even at 34 years old, he is still one of the best players in the entire league. In 55 games last season, he scored 24 goals and recorded 62 points.

Welcome back, Sidney! The hockey world has missed you.
