Ryan Hartman Fined $4,250 For Slew-Footing

Minnesota Wild forward Ryan Hartman has been fined $4,250 for Slew-footing Tampa Bay Lightning forward Ross Colton.

The play occurred on Sunday night when the two teams faced off against each other. Following it, Hartman only received a two-minute minor for tripping.

Hartman's actions did not go unpunished fully during the game, though, as defenseman Zach Bogosian immediately fought him when he came out of the penalty box. A video of that can be seen below.

When looking at the footage of the slew-foot, do you feel that Hartman deserved a suspension? Kevin Labanc of the San Jose Sharks received one last week for the same thing. Let us know in the comments!
