Video: Brady Tkachuk Fights John Marino

The Ottawa Senators paid The Pittsburgh Penguins a visit Thursday night, and the hometown team was ready for them, scoring three goals in the first period, and leading 5-1 heading into the 3rd period.  The Senators made it close, thanks to two 3rd-period goals from Josh Norris, and one from Tim Stuetzle, but the Penguins ultimately won the game 6-4.  

Not content with leaving Pittsburgh without some form of retribution for his team, captain Brady Tkachuk decided to rough it up with 24-year-old defenseman John Marino, who isn't exactly known for being physical.  The 6'4", 211 lbs Tkachuk is 3 inches taller and 20 pounds heavier than the former 6th round draft pick, but many praised him for throwing down with one of the games toughest:

In the HockeyFights.com database, Marino only has one other fight listed - from 2016 when he was in the USHL, while Brady has dropped the mitts four times just this season already, for comparison.  As expected, Brady won the short tilt, which can be seen below:
