Golden Knights Forward To Rejoin Lineup After Trade

On deadline day, Evgenii Dadonov was traded from the Vegas Golden Knights to the Anaheim Ducks. Yet, since the Ducks were on Dadonov's no-trade list, the move has since been voided. Now, after all of this, the 33-year-old is set to return to Vegas' lineup for Thursday's game against the Nashville Predators.

This is an incredibly strange situation for Dadonov to be in, so it will be intriguing to see how he responds from here. It isn't very common for a player to get traded by a team and then be in their lineup later that week.

Although the Golden Knights tried to trade Dadonov to open up cap space to activate Mark Stone and Alec Martinez, he has had a decent season. In 62 games, he has 15 goals to go along with 12 assists. Thus, he has been productive offensively.

Nevertheless, it will be very interesting to see how the veteran forward plays from here.
