NHL Rumors: Blackhawks Linked To Blues Goaltender

According to The Fourth Period, the Chicago Blackhawks are currently linked to pending UFA goaltender Ville Husso.

Husso is viewed as one of the top free-agent goaltenders set to hit the market, so plenty of teams will be expressing interest in the 27-year-old. Although the Blackhawks are rebuilding, it does makes sense that Husso is on their radar. They are heading into the offseason without a starting goaltender, and Husso would change that if signed.

In 40 games this season, Husso sported a 25-7-6 record, .919 SV%, and 2.56 GAA.
