NHL Rumors: Blues Could Shop Forward

According to Tom Timmermann, Klim Kostin could be a trade candidate for the St. Louis Blues this offseason.

Kostin was the Blues' 2017 first-round pick. It has been a long road to the NHL, but he saw his most action in the sport's most competitive league this season. In 40 games with St. Louis, he scored four goals and had nine total points. He also played in 17 games with the Springfield Thunderbirds, where he had three goals and three assists.

With Kostin having trouble becoming a full-time NHL player, perhaps a change of scenery to a rebuilding squad could benefit. He has the ability to be a solid bottom-six forward at a minimum. Let's see if a move ends up happening from here.
