Ducks Forward Done In Anaheim

In a bit of a surprising move, the Ducks have decided not to send Sonny Milano a qualifying offer.

Milano just put together the best season of his career. In 66 games with Anaheim, he scored 14 goals and recorded 34 points. With that solid production, he also formed very good chemistry with Trevor Zegras. However, that apparently wasn't enough for the rebuilding Ducks to bring him back. Now, he will be testing the market tomorrow.

The Ducks also did not send qualifying offers to former first-round pick Sam Steel, Jacob Larsson, Brendan Guhle, Lucas Elvenes, Jack Badani, and Roman Durny. With all of this, the Ducks are likely going to be bringing in a good amount of players through free agency. Keep in mind, they have just under $40 million of cap space.
