Teams like the Boston Bruins, Philadelphia Flyers, and Tampa Bay Lightning were previously linked to Crouse, but he will remain a Coyote. The 2015 first-round pick has certainly earned this big extension, as he had a breakout campaign in 2021-22. In 65 games, he set new career-highs with 20 goals and 34 points. With that, he remained a physical force, as evidenced by his 52 penalty minutes and 181 hits.
Alas, congrats to both the Coyotes and Crouse for getting this deal done. Arizona has made Crouse a long-term part of their rebuild, while the 6-foot-4 winger has cashed in after his strong year.
