Arizona Coyotes Claim Goalie Off Waivers

The Arizona Coyotes have claimed Connor Ingram off waivers from the Nashville Predators.

This is the second goalie that the Coyotes have claimed off waivers since training camp began, as they also added Jonas Johansson off waivers from the Colorado Avalanche. Now, Ingram is likely to compete with Johansson for the backup job in Arizona, while Karel Vejmelka is expected to be their starter.

Ingram appeared in his first three NHL games with the Predators this past season, where he had a 1-2-0 record to go along with an .879 SV%. Let's see what the 25-year-old netminder does with the Coyotes from here.
