Bruins Make Change to Roster

The Boston Bruins have made a minor change to their roster, as they have sent down Jakub Lauko to the AHL.

Lauko has played in his first four NHL games this season with Boston, where he has an assist and a plus-1 rating. However, with several Bruins forward playing excellent hockey, the 22-year-old has become the odd man out, and he will be heading back to the Providence Bruins because of it.

Yet, it would not be surprising at all to see Lauko get another chance at the NHL level in the near future. He brought a nice blend of speed and tenacity to the fourth line, so it could be enough for him to get called up again. However, for now, he will be aiming to be a big contributor down in Providence and continue to work on his development.
