New York Rangers Place Forward on Waivers

The New York Rangers have made a cut from their training camp roster, as Jonny Brodzinski has been placed on waivers.

Brodzinski served as a call-up option for the Rangers last season, where he scored a goal and had an assist in 22 games. With the Hartford Wolf Pack, he was quite effective last season, as he scored 18 goals and had 39 points in 36 games. Naturally, the Wolf Pack will be happy to have him back, assuming he clears waivers.

It seems more likely than not that Brozinski will clear waivers and head to Hartford from here. Here's to hoping that the 29-year-old has another solid campaign with the Wolf Pack.
