NHL Rumors: Ducks Shopping Veteran Forward

After showing signs of promise last season, the Anaheim Ducks were active during this offseason. They signed John Klingberg, Ryan Strome, and Frank Vatrano, but, unfortunately, they have started this campaign in a truly disastrous fashion. At the time of this writing, they have a 1-4-1 record and already look like they will be sellers. As a result, don't be surprised to see Adam Henrique shopped during the season.

Henrique was in the rumor mill this offseason, but a move did not come to fruition. Therefore, given the fact that Anaheim has considered moving him before, it is likely they will again with how poorly they have started this season. The 32-year-old has a 10-team no-trade list, however, so he does have a bit of a say over where he can end up.

Henrique is coming off of a season that saw him record 42 points in 58 games. Although he has only one assist in six contests so far this year, he surely will bounce back from his slow start given how well he played just last season. Thus, expect a market to form for the Brantford native from here.
