Ducks Rumors: Asking Price for John Klingberg Revealed

According to Frank Seravalli, the Anaheim Ducks will be able to land a first-round pick and more if they trade John Klingberg before the deadline.

After failing to land himself a long-term offer worth signing during free agency, Klingberg inked a one-year, $7 million pact with the Ducks. This is a prove-it deal for the 30-year-old, and he will be aiming to have a big year because of it.

In 16 games thus far as a Duck, Klingberg has a goal to go along with eight points. For his standards, this is a bit low, but everyone knows the kind of offense he is capable of when playing at his best. Expect to see a major market form for his services once we get closer to the deadline because of it.
