Minnesota Wild Make Roster Move

The Minnesota Wild have sent Joseph Cramarossa back down to the Iowa Wild.

Cramarossa was recently called up to Minnesota due to their multiple injuries up front. Yet, now the 30-year-old forward is returning to the AHL after appearing in four games for the NHL squad. During those contests, he scored a goal and recorded eight hits.

Although Cramarossa is heading back to the AHL, there's a very good chance that we will see him called back up to the Wild when injuries inevitably arise again. The Toronto native has shown that he can be a decent depth forward and trusted when called upon, so be on the lookout for future call-ups as the year progresses.

This transaction may also be an indicator that fellow hard-nosed forward Brandon Duhaime is ready to return, but we shall see what happens on that front.
