NHL Rumors: St. Louis Blues to Shop Forward

The St. Louis Blues have been a very inconsistent team this season, as their 11-13-0 record shows. Due to their struggles, they currently do not hold a playoff spot and might end up being sellers unless they turn things around quickly. If they cannot get things back on track, one player who will surely be dealt at the deadline is Noel Acciari.

Acciari has been a solid addition to the Blues' lineup. After being limited to just 20 games last season with the Florida Panthers, he inked a one-year prove-it deal with St. Louis. So far, he has been very good in a bottom-six role, as his six goals and 10 points in 24 games show effectively.

Given the fact that Acciari provides solid secondary scoring and plays a very steady defensive game, there will be a plethora of interest in his services if he is made available. Time will tell what happens with the 31-year-old from here.
