Canucks Rumors: Surprising Team Linked to Brock Boeser

The Philadelphia Flyers are expected to be one of the biggest sellers at this year‘s NHL trade deadline.
Yet, even with this being the case, it also appears that they are not against bringing in players who have term on their contracts. According to the Fourth Period, the Flyers are one of the teams currently expressing interest in Vancouver Canucks forward Brock Boeser.

The Canucks have made it known that they are ready to trade Boeser, and several clubs are expressing interest in him because of it. The scoring winger has had a down year this campaign, but a change of scenery could be exactly what helps him regain his previous form. On the Flyers, he would immediately have a top-six role and easily be one of their best players in the process.

It will be intriguing to see if the Flyers end up being the team that acquires Boeser at the trade deadline from here. It is clear that he could use a fresh start, so maybe he could find his game as a Flyer.
