NHL Rumors: Vancouver Canucks Listening to Offers for Forward

The Vancouver Canucks are arguably the biggest team to watch at this year's trade deadline, as they are expected to be major sellers. Players like Bo Horvat, Luke Schenn, and Brock Boeser have been dominating the rumor mill, but it appears that the Canucks have another notable trade candidate. According to the Fourth Period, the Canucks have had trade discussions centering around Conor Garland.

Garland has been in the rumor mill since last season, but the Canucks have yet to move him. Yet, now that they are ready to trade away several players, it may be the perfect time to move on from a player like Garland.

While playing at his best, Garland can be a very solid second-line winger, but he has had some struggles the season. Perhaps a change of scenery could be exactly what sparks him to rebound from his underwhelming season and find his previous form.

Several teams have been linked to Garland in the past, so it is fair to argue that a market should form for him as we get closer to the deadline.
