2 Detroit Red Wings Could Be Done for the Season

The Detroit Red Wings have cooled off immensely during this final stretch of the season and more bad news is now coming their way. According to Sean Shapiro, both Ville Husso and Robby Fabbri could be done for the season due to injuries.

After a breakout season with the St. Louis Blues last season, Husso earned himself a solid three-year, $14.25 million contract from the Red Wings. Overall, his first season in Detroit has been full of mixed results. Although he has a solid 25-19-6 record, he also sports a 3.01 goals-against average and an unimpressive .899 save percentage. If this marks the end of the season, he will be hoping for more consistency in 2023-24.

Fabbri, on the other hand, has been limited to only 28 games this season due to injury. However, when healthy, he has continued to be a solid contributor, as he has seven goals and 16 points on the season. Here's to hoping that he has a speedy recovery and can stay healthy next season.
