NHL Rumors: 3 Teams Expected to Target Max Domi This Offseason

Max Domi has had a very good 2022-23 season, as he has 20 goals and 55 points in 76 games. As a result, he will garner plenty of interest as a free agent this summer, so let's discuss three specific targets who are expected to target him.

Chicago Blackhawks: The rebuilding Blackhawks loved having Domi around, and the feeling was mutual on his end. They are expected to try to re-sign him this summer because of it, and there is a good chance he will head back to the Windy City. He was a perfect fit there, and he would be a great veteran presence for them to have as they continue their rebuild.

Winnipeg Jets: The Winnipeg Jets have been ending the year on a disastrous note, and they could miss the postseason because of it. Changes will be on the way if that happens, and they could look to bring in Domi to help strengthen their middle six because of it. They have also been linked to him in the past.

Toronto Maple Leafs: Domi has expressed interest in joining the Toronto Maple Leafs in the past, and it seems possible that they could target him this summer because of it. The Leafs have a handful of pending UFAs, so it would make sense for them to sign Domi and add him to their middle six.
