Seattle Kraken Knock Out Defending Stanley Cup Champions

The Seattle Kraken surprised the entire NHL world in 2022/23 when they made a strong push for the playoffs in just their second year of existence, and now, they keep making franchise history, as they wrapped up their first ever playoff series win.

Not only that, but it was also against the defending Stanley Cup Champion Colorado Avalanche in a Game 7 on the road, and despite an injury to one of their biggest stars, they were able to grind out a crucial 2-1 victory.

Now, the Kraken turn their attention to the Dallas Stars in round two, and with a deep squad full of talent and heart, there's no reason why they can't keep building on what has already been an incredible season to this point.
