Jets Rumors: 3 Offseason Suitors for Sean Monahan

Winnipeg Jets forward Sean Monahan has had a strong season, and he is in a position to get a nice payday during the offseason because of it. He is one of the top pending UFA centers for this year's class, and there should be a lot of interest in him if he ends up hitting the market. Let's go over three clubs who could look to add him if the Jets cannot get him re-signed.

Boston Bruins: The Boston Bruins are going to be on the hunt for help down the middle this season. Their center depth is naturally weaker after losing Patrice Bergeron and David Krejci during this past offseason. With Monahan being a top-six playmaker again, don't be surprised if Boston has him on their radar.

Colorado Avalanche: The Colorado Avalanche have long been linked to Sean Monahan, and they could look to bring him in during the offseason because of it. He would be a strong addition to their top nine, as he would give them more scoring. Along with that, he would give their power play a nice boost if signed.

Minnesota Wild: The Minnesota Wild are another club to watch when it comes to Monahan. Their center depth could use a jolt, and Monahan would give them that. He would fit nicely in their top six and would also give them a bit more experience, which is never a bad thing for a team looking to be a legitimate playoff club.
