Jets Rumors: 3 Possible Suitors for Tyler Toffoli This Summer

At the 2024 NHL Trade Deadline, the Winnipeg Jets acquired Tyler Toffoli from the New Jersey Devils. The skilled sniper has performed well since joining the Jets and is only strengthening his chances of landing a sizeable contract this summer because of it. If the Jets can't sign him to an extension or elect to let him walk, expect these three clubs to target him this offseason.

Los Angeles Kings: The Los Angeles Kings were heavily linked to Toffoli leading up to the deadline. It was clear that they were looking to improve their top six and could target him again this offseason if he hits the market because of it. He had plenty of success during his previous days there, so he would be welcomed back with open arms by their fans.

Ottawa Senators: The Ottawa Senators are going to need to make improvements to their roster this offseason after another poor season. Adding to their top six is a necessity, as they traded Vladimir Tarasenko at the deadline. Bringing in a star like Toffoli this summer would certainly give them a boost.

Boston Bruins: The Boston Bruins could be a team to watch when it comes to Toffoli. They were linked to him in the past, and they have several pending UFA wingers, including Jake DeBrusk, James van Riemsdyk, and Danton Heinen. They also will have a lot of cap space to work with this offseason and will be able to make splashes because of it.
