Lightning Rumors: 3 Offseason Suitors for Anthony Duclair

Anthony Duclair has been on complete fire since being traded to the Tampa Bay Lightning and is setting himself for a nice contract this offseason because of it. Due to the Lightning's limited cap space, they may run into some trouble trying to extend him. If he does hit the market, look for these three clubs to make a push for Duclair this summer.

Montreal Canadiens: The Montreal Canadiens are expected to try to add a top-six winger to their roster this offseason. While they are rebuilding, they are looking to improve their roster with players who can help them for many seasons, so Duclair could be someone who gets their attention.

Detroit Red Wings: The Detroit Red Wings have several pending UFAs and could look for forward help this offseason because of it. Bringing in a player like Duclair would be helpful, as he would give their middle six a boost because of his high scoring ability.

St. Louis Blues: The St. Louis Blues will be looking to add to their roster this offseason. It has been another shaky season in St. Louis, and a reason for that has been their scoring issues. With the Blues having multiple forwards with expiring contracts, they could look to sign Duclair to help their second line this summer.
