Bruins Rumors: 3 Free-Agent Destinations for Jake DeBrusk

The Boston Bruins' season has come to an end, and a big summer of changes is on the way. One player who the Bruins could very well this offseason is winger Jake DeBrusk. The 2015 first-round pick can hit the free-agent market this July and will have a lot of suitors if he does. Let's discuss three teams who could look to sign him now.

Chicago Blackhawks: The Chicago Blackhawks are a clear team to watch when it comes to DeBrusk. The Blackhawks need to get some scorers for Connor Bedard, and DeBrusk would give them that. Along with this, he is also 27 years old and still has several years left in his prime.

Edmonton Oilers: The Edmonton Oilers have long been connected to DeBrusk, and they could consider making a push for him this summer. They could use another solid winger in their middle six, and he would provide them with that. He also, of course, is an Edmonton native.

Washington Capitals: The Washington Capitals must improve their forward core this summer if they hope to get back to being contenders. Bringing in a player like DeBrusk to their top six would be a great start for them to get better. Given their scoring troubles this year, DeBrusk would certainly make sense for them to add.
