Flyers Rumors: Joel Farabee Connected to Pacific Team

The Philadelphia Flyers had a solid 2023-24 season. They were in the running to secure a playoff spot in the Eastern Conference until the very end of the season, but they fell just short. While it was a fun year for the rebuilding club, they are expected to be sellers yet again this offseason.

Joel Farabee is one Flyers player who has been generating some buzz in the rumor mill. If the Flyers end up shopping him, one clear club to watch is the Seattle Kraken.

There is no question that the Kraken need to add more scoring to their roster this offseason. Their top six needs a significant boost if they hope to get back into the playoffs next season, and bringing in a young forward with upside like Farabee would make sense for them because of it.

Farabee could find nice success on a line with Matty Beniers and Jordan Eberle. He would give them more of an offensive punch at left wing, and it is a real necessity at this juncture.

Farabee, 24, appeared in 82 games this season with the Flyers, where he had 22 goals to go along with 50 points.

We will need to wait and see if the Flyers and Kraken strike a deal centering around Farabee this offseason from here.
