Golden Knights Rumors: 3 Free Agents to Target This Offseason

Welcome to NHL Trade Rumors' 2024 Free-Agent Targets series. During it, we will be discussing three pending unrestricted free agents that each team should aim to sign.

In this latest edition of the series, the Vegas Golden Knights will be the team focused on.

Stefan Noesen: The Golden Knights will likely look to add at least one middle-six forward to their roster this offseason. They have several free agents this summer, so one player they could take a look at is Stefan Noesen. He quietly has emerged as a solid NHLer over the last few seasons with the Carolina Hurricanes and would give Vegas more secondary offensive production.

Teddy Blueger: The Golden Knights could use more center depth, so perhaps they could consider a reunion with Teddy Blueger. He won a Stanley Cup with the club in 2023 and would be a nice addition to their bottom six. He also would be a clear option for their penalty kill because of his defensive play.

Nick Cousins: The Golden Knights may want to add a depth forward with some bite this summer, as William Carrier is not expected to be back. Thus, a player like Nick Cousins could make sense for them. He is unlikely to command much money and has plenty of playoff experience.
