Multiple Goaltenders Blocking Trade To Winnipeg Jets?

Connor Hellebuyck wants out of Winnipeg, but Jets' general manager Kevin Cheveldayoff is having a hard time finding the right trade. From multiple sources, the Jets want a goaltender back in the deal, but there seems to be a few they've targetted who aren't interested in playing in Winnipeg.

The Jets have Stuart Skinner in the mix, but they don't want to start this season with Skinner as their best option. It's been reported the Jets are looking for a four-piece package, that has to include a goaltender who can step in, and play at least half of the Jets games.

As far as goaltenders who have likely blocked a trade to Winnipeg, Colorado Avalanche netminder MacKenzie Blackwood owns a six-team no-trade clause, and could have the Jets on the list. Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen of the Buffalo Sabres, who has been linked a ton this summer, sits with a five-team no-trade clause, and could potentially block a move to Winnipeg.

Lastly, Utah Mammoth netminder Karel Vejmelka owns a 10-team no-trade clause and very likely has blocked a move to Winnipeg. The Mammoth appear to be a heavy favorite to land Hellebuyck, but they can't seem to convince Vejmelka to make the move, and the Jets prefer him over unproven Sebastian Cossa.

For now, Hellebuyck remains a Jet, but with training camp starting next week, things are about to get very awkward in Winnipeg's dressing room.
