curtis glencross calgary flames trade rumors

Curtis Clencross of the Calgary Flames has demanded a trade before the March 2 deadline. He is unhappy with his low average ice time of under 17 minutes per game. He stated he is disappointed with how he is being utilized by his coach.

Glencross, who is 32 years old, has 8 goals and 18 assists in 49 games played this season and can usually produce 20+ goals in a full season. The left winger is about to become an unrestricted free agent. Glencross has a no movement clause but has submitted a list of six teams he would be willing to be traded to.

The Anaheim Ducks are first on his list. The New York Islanders, Tampa Bay Lightning, Montreal Canadiens, LA Kings and Nashville Predators are also on his list.
