Brandon Dubinsky Trade Rumors

The latest trade rumors surround Brandon Dubinsky and the New York Rangers for the 2011-2012 NHL season. Sather says that after he signed Brad Richards the focus is on signing Brandon Dubinsky, Ryan Callahan and Brian Boyle. Sather is running out of time to strike a deal because Dubinsky's arbitration hearing is coming soon on July 21st.

The left winger who is 25 years old, scored 54 points in 77 games last season, which was his best season ever. If Dubinsky goes to arbitration as a restricted free agent, it is expected he gets awarded over $4 million per season.

The New York Rangers are going to have problems signing all their RFAs and Dubinsky seems likely to be traded to the Calgary Flames, Phoenix Coyotes, Ottawa Senators or Dallas Stars.
