A Dustin Brown of the LA Kings trade is imminent for the 2012 NHL season. Brown is struggling to score points with 14 goals and 17 assists. The 27 year old right winger is captain for a reason: he is physical, an excellent two way player, good on the powerplay and penalty kill. He comes at a friendly cap hit of $3.2 million per year until 2013-2014.
Everyone on the Los Angeles Kings is struggling to produce. Kings GM Dean Lombardi already pulled the trigger on one big trade before the deadline. Look for the LA Kings to unload Dustin Brown for picks and prospects because Lombardi took on a huge cap hit when he acquired Jeff Carter.
