Video: Alexander Ovechkin destroys Brandon Carlo

In an afternoon game between the Washington Capitals and the Boston Bruins, Alexander Ovechkin dangerously boarded rookie defenseman Brandon Carlo.



Carlo was slow to get up and had to leave the game. Ovechkin regretted his hit and apologized.
Ovechkin did not receive a penalty for the hit.

It's unclear if Carlo will be able to play for the Bruins first game of the Stanley Cup playoffs.
