Must-See: Canada Lights the Lamp 14 Times to Open World Juniors

In their first game of the 2019 World Junior Championships, Canada defended their home ice from Denmark in a 14-0 blowout.

Canada was led by Morgan Frost who tallied three goals and two assists. The captain, Maxime Comtois, tied a team record by recording four goals. All but two players earned a point for Canada, as even goalie Michael DiPietro was credited with an assist.

Canada's next game will be Thursday, December 27 against Switzerland at 5 pm PST (8 pm EST).
