Video: Dumba Delivers Massive Open Ice Hit

Matt Dumba destroyed Mikael Backlund with devastating hit which sent Backlund straight to the dressing room.





The hit was in the late stages of the Wild vs Flames tilt on Thursday night where Calgary came out victorious .

The question a lot of people are asking is, "Is there still a code in hockey?".

Dumba turtles after the hit when engaged by Ryan Lomberg. If you are laying this type of, "on the edge hit", in hopes of gaining a power play from retaliation, that is just sad.
