What the Kings want for Jake Muzzin is absolutely crazy!

The Los Angeles Kings have been quite the disappointment so far this season, and GM Rob Blake wants to fix that. There have been rumors on what he has to offer, and so far defenceman Jake Muzzin is something that interests various teams, but at a pretty high cost.

With the deadline coming faster and faster, Kings' GM Rob Blake has some decisions to make when it comes to his roster. Specifically when it comes to defencemen Jake Muzzin and Alec Martinez and forward Tyler Toffoli. According to a report made by TSN's Pierre LeBrun, if you want Muzzin, it'll come at a pretty steep price. In the report, LeBrun stated that the return Blake wants is a first-round pick plus a prospect. Pretty steep price for a single 29-year old.
There's no guarantee the Kings will move Jake Muzzin but they're certainly in listening mode. And the asking price I'm told right now for the talented top-four blueliner is a first-round pick plus a prospect.
With still another season left on his contract with a cap hit of $4 million, the 29-year old is having a pretty decent season despite his team's lackluster play with 20 points in 47 games. There are four teams looking for a blueliner this coming deadline. Those four are the Montreal Canadiens, Pittsburgh Penguins, Edmonton Oilers and last, but not least, the Toronto Maple Leafs.

What do you think those teams mentioned could offer to acquire Muzzin?
